A DM 10.000,- research prize will be granted for outstanding contributions in the field of arteriosclerosis, thrombosis and cardiovascular biology. The best posters in the two categories of clinical and basic research presented by young investigators at the "Update in Thrombolysis 1998" symposium will be honoured with a DM 2.500,- young investigator award.
