Introduction

Inappropriate sinus tachycardia (IST) - a tachycardia that is excessive with respect to the level of physical or psychological stress - has been observed following radiofrequency ablation of atrioventricular nodal fast pathway^1,2. The aim of this study was to prospectively analyze the incidence and clinical significance of IST following radiofrequency ablation of parahissian³ accessory pathways.
