Introduction

Inappropriate sinus tachycardia (IST) - a tachycardia that is excessive with respect to the level of physical or psychological stress - has been observed following radiofrequency ablation of atrioventricular nodal fast pathway1,2. The aim of this study was to prospectively analyze the incidence and clinical significance of IST following radiofrequency ablation of parahissian3 accessory pathways.
