Introduction

We performed a study with intracardiac mapping and
ablation of patients with severely symptomatic drug refractory monomorphic ventricular
beats originating in a well circumscripted area: the right outflow tract. We assumed that
the ectopic beats are of focal origin, which can exactly be localized and safety be
ablated.
