Abstract
|
|
In the era when radiofrequency ablation is considered
first line therapy for many arrhythmias, it seems sensible to employ a nomenclature for
atrial tachyarrhythmias which is based on the geometry of the tachycardia substrate, the
relationship of that substrate to atrial anatomy, and the type of radiofrequency lesion
required to abolish that substrate.
