Introduction

Radiofrequency ablation has become the treatment of choice for supraventricular tachycardias¹. The high effectivity an low incidence of complications observed in the adult population^2,3 has allowed its use in pediatric patients in whom the pharmacological treatment was initially preferred⁴. In this study we report our experience in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias with radiofrequency ablation in a population of patients younger that eighteen.
