1. If you have RealPlayer 5, as a minimum or higher, for running audio presentation, you may just click on any of the presentations and RealAudio Control will appear. Then, you click on Play and start audio presentation.
You may also click on Pause or Stop to view the slide or to stop the presentation. You can skip a part of the presentation and jump to another part with new slides, by touching PositionSlider on the RealAudio Control. The sound control is possible by clicking on loud speaker icon. In the lower part of RealPlayer Control you can see total duration of the presentation and the real time which you listen that moment.
2. If you do not have RealPlayer, you have to download it. It is already prepared for you, just click on the following icon and wait until it is completed. However, you have to follow requested orders for downloading of the program. Upon the completion of RealPlayer downloading it will stay permanently on your PC for this audio presentation or any other in the future.

Instructions about Roche Audio Symposium on CARDIOnet
First, you will see "Main Menu" of Audio Symposium.
You can click any of three choices: Abstract Book, each Presentation or Instructions about using Roche Symposium.
In Abstract Book you can see abstracts of each Presentation.
If you click on any Presentation you will come on Speaker's Menu.
On Speaker menu you will see short curriculum vitae, link on audio presentation, abstract and questions & answers if available.
Audio presentation
You will need RealPlayer program, for listening Real audio slideshow presentation.
If you do not have RealPlayer 5 or higher, you have to download it and install on your computer.
If you have RealPlayer you will see 3 parts on one page in your browser.

Part 1: Figure of the slide and number of the slide.
Part 2: RealPlayer control. It is used either for listening audio slideshow presentation (Play), or to stop it. It also shows the status of audio presentation (total duration, real time, connecting, transmission speed, quality of connection).
Part 3: Speaker's name, title of presentation and Back button. You will come back on Speaker menu if you click on Back button.Instructions
