Material and method

The study consisted into 2 phases. Phase I: during the hospitalization, the efficacy of the drug as well as its eventual side-effects was verified through two trials. Phase II: in responder patients a home self-treatment was followed using the drug that proved to be efficaciuos and without considerable side-effects.
