In order
to access some areas of the Cardionet WEB site, you will need
to provide your credentials in form of the unique combination
of the username and password.
This way, we can ensure that confidential medical information will not
be available to the general public, according to international regulations.
You can
freely choose both your username (the name under which are
you going to be known to this site) and your password. Please
note that you must supply both of them.
They should
contain at least 5 alphanumeric (any combination of regular
letters and numbers) characters, but we strongly recommend
picking combinations at least 10 characters long.
The
registration procedure requires some additional information
about your. Please note that they are not going to be
disclosed to anyone (except for possible official legal
requests) without your permission.
After
supplying all data, press SUBMIT REGISTRATION button to
register and wait until server processes your request. If
everything goes well (all requested fields are properly
filled) you will be transferred to the confirmation page.
Once registered, you will be given permission to access
various protected parts of the CARDIOnet WEB site.
Please
write down your username and password, because without them,
you will not be able to access protected areas. If you lose
or forget them, you will have to pass through this
registration procedure once again.
This
site does not require any payments from our registered users.
